We made an interview with Eng.Abdulla Abdulla Alsuwaidi the director of standardisation services quality infrastructure service in Abu Dhabi quality and conformity council who is famous at work because of his leadership skills that he have. We asked him some questions of how he lead in his work.
1 What is your job?
Director of Standardization Services Department. The directorate provides the services in the field of Standards, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It aims to promote the effective use of standards, harmonize, and develop new standards focusing in economical growth and consumer safety.
2 What is the best part of your job?
- Developing UAE national in the area of standards development.
- Creating new market place from UAE made products through out the use of the proper standards
3 What is the best management advice you have received?
Give my self the chance to listen to others. Listening to others promote their ability to be more creative, built the self trust, and may reveals good ideas fro the growth of the business.
