Leadership can be learned

We believe that leadership can be learned and we prove this from the information below:
The good news is that everyone I interviewed agrees that leadership can be learned by anyone with basic smarts backed by an unwavering commitment to ongoing development and collaboration. “Leadership skills are innate to all of us,” notes Amit Chakma, Western University’s president and vice-chancellor, “but how much we develop those skills is in a large part determined by the opportunities we have to take on leadership roles, and how readily we embrace those opportunities.
To add, Sheikh Mohammed said that we born with quality but we need to educate our self to be better and help the society. Most of these qualities are innate andhereditary, while some can also be acquired. However, even those who are born with such qualities must refine them through education, practice and communication in order to become successful leaders.
In addition, according to Jago he said that if you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader and good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills. This is called Trait Leadership (Jago, 1982), in that it was once common to believe that leaders were born rather than made. While leadership is learned, the skills and knowledge processed by the leader can be influenced by his or hers attributes or traits; such as beliefs, values, ethics, and character.
Moreover, there are some people born in leader family but they don’t have the desire to become leader but there are some people born with quality and they want to make themselves leader by self-educating and training. So we think the leader are made not born.
